Refund Policy

Approved refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing may require 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable items

Activated digital codes, completed downloads, opened software, gift cards, personalized products and misuse-damaged items are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

Shipping costs and partial refunds

Original and return shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless Joyzonic sent an incorrect or defective item. Missing parts, damaged packaging or signs of use may result in a partial refund or rejection.

Pre-orders

Eligible pre-orders can be cancelled before the code, bonus or physical product is fulfilled. After fulfillment, the normal digital or physical-product rules apply. Contact support@joyzonic.com with your order number.
