30-day return window

Eligible physical products may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, complete and returned with original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase.

Games and digital products

Opened game discs, activated keys, downloaded digital products and delivered pre-order bonuses are generally not returnable unless defective or required by applicable law. Unreleased pre-orders may be cancelled before fulfillment.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact support@joyzonic.com promptly with the order number and clear photos. Approved claims may receive replacement instructions or a prepaid return label.

How to request a return

Email support@joyzonic.com before sending an item. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
