3. Products, prices and availability

We try to display accurate descriptions, compatibility details, prices, images and stock. Product colors and packaging may vary. Prices, promotions and availability may change before an order is accepted.

4. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment fails, fraud is suspected or fulfillment is not possible.

5. Digital items

Digital items are non-returnable and non-refundable after the digital code, download, activation key, pre-order bonus or other digital content has been delivered, revealed, activated or redeemed. Customers must check console, platform, region and account compatibility before purchasing. This does not remove any right that cannot legally be excluded, including where digital content is defective or materially different from its description.

6. Physical products, returns and refunds

Eligible physical products are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Opened software, used codes, incomplete products and customer-damaged items may be refused, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Pre-orders

Release dates, pre-load dates and publisher bonuses may change. Eligible pre-orders may be cancelled before fulfillment. After a digital code or bonus is delivered, the digital-items rule applies.

8. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate details, protect your login credentials and not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or use the service unlawfully.

9. Intellectual property
